  • License Server 版本 11.16.3.0 build 28000 在使用 XenApp 6.5 或更早版本时不支持并发许可。请使用 Citrix License Server 11.16.3 build 29000。

  • 首次安装后从“开始”菜单访问 Citrix Licensing Manager 时，Firefox 和 Chrome 浏览器上可能会显示错误消息。 [LIC-195]

  • Citrix Licensing Manager 和 License Administration Console 不区分用户和组。例如，您可以选择添加用户，但实际上添加的是组。 [LIC-438]

  • Windows 2016 的“开始”菜单可能不会列出 Citrix Licensing Manager 和 License Administration Console。解决方法：使用以下 URL 访问控制台：

  • 将 License Server 注册到 Citrix Cloud 时，Citrix Licensing Manager UI 可能会卡住并显示旋转图标。为避免此问题，在将 License Server 注册到 Citrix Cloud 之前，请确保系统中已安装 Digicert Global Root CA 证书。这些证书会在 Windows 更新中更新。如果未安装，请在开始 Citrix Cloud 注册之前手动下载并安装这些证书。 [LIC-1510]

  • 安装许可证后，清单更改列表可能不会显示。许可证已成功安装。 [LIC-2204]

许可证文件问题

  • License Server 会忽略包含多行引用 HOSTNAME=. 的许可证文件。这些文件中的许可证无法签出。当您将与不同 License Server 主机名关联的许可证下载到同一个许可证文件中时，会导致此问题。License Administration Console 会显示以下错误消息：“…Error List Returned…Unknown Host.”

    要解决此问题，请为绑定到不同 License Server 名称的每个 Citrix 产品重新下载单独的许可证文件。
