Fixed issues

  • Secure Mail for iOS might display an incorrect push notification with the following error message: “We are unable to fetch this message as your session has expired.” [XMHELP-4636]
  • When you click the .ics file in a meeting invitation received on Secure Mail for iOS from other calendar apps, the app might incorrectly schedule the appointment at the wrong time. [XMHELP-4619]
  • When using Secure Mail for iOS in dark mode, the email body content becomes unreadable when you try to forward it. [XMHELP-4586]
  • Secure Mail for iOS force closes when switching from the month view to the day view in the calendar. [XMHELP-4576]
  • In Secure Mail for iOS, the calendar invites page appears in dark or light theme based on device settings rather than the Secure Mail app theme settings. [XMHELP-4550]

Secure Mail for iOS 24.3.0

Fixed issues

  • Despite the successful installation and enrollment of Secure Mail, end users might get the following error message when configuring the app:

    “The connection to the server timed out. Please try again in a few minutes”

  • After upgrading to Secure Mail for iOS version 24.2.0, existing end users might be unable to access Secure Mail and they get the following error message:

    “Secure Mail couldn’t reach the server. Try entering the server address again. If you still have trouble, contact your IT administrator”

  • Secure Mail stops responding when end users try to open the app on iPad devices. This issue is specific to devices running iPad version 17.3.1 and later. [XMHELP-4541]

Secure Mail for iOS 24.2.0

Fixed issues

  • In Secure Mail for iOS, you might not be able to see the Add button (+) on the calendar page, which prevents you from creating new calendar events. [XMHELP-4460]
  • Secure Mail is unable to sync emails on both iPhone and iPad devices due to a network connectivity issue. [XMHELP-4473]
  • When you use dark mode in Secure Mail for iOS, you mightn’t be able to read your email messages. [XMHELP-4499]

Fixed issues

  • When you try to open email attachments that are larger than 10 MB, the Secure Mail for Android becomes unresponsive. [XMHELP-4399]
  • When you try to open an email attachment that is in .docx format and has Arabic characters or hyperlinks, Secure Mail for Android becomes unresponsive. The issue occurs when the Polaris SDK isn’t updated. [XMHELP-4491]

Fixed issues

  • When you open any attachment from Secure Mail, you might find the Upload to Citrix Files option under the More (⋮) > Open with option, even if the Citrix Files app isn’t installed on your device. [XMHELP-4437]

  • When you preview an .ics file that attached to a meeting invitation received in Secure Mail, you might notice that the meeting time that shown in the .ics file preview is an hour behind the original time. This issue occurs in daylight saving time regions. [XMHELP-4429]

  • When you upgrade Secure Mail to version 23.8.2 and enable dark mode, you might encounter an issue while previewing an email attachment. You might not be able to see the menu list when you click the ellipsis (…) button. [CXM-112699]
