To upgrade Citrix ITSM Adapter service to a new version, install and configure the corresponding Citrix ITSM Connector plug-in on your ServiceNow instance.

Steps:

From the ServiceNow Store, search for Citrix to locate the plug-in, and then download the required version.
Install the plug-in on your ServiceNow instance.

For more information, see Install the Citrix ITSM Connector plug-in.
If the plug-in version is 22.3.0, get the Citrix Cloud Secure Client credentials you initially generated for the service, and then add it to the plug-in.
