Retrieving diagnostic data

Note:

We recommend that you temporarily switch on enhanced logging on the device before device diagnostics. This generates and makes available diagnostic files on a larger scale.

  1. Select a device on a device list (all three views).

  2. Click More icon to open the device’s [Actions] menu and choose [Request diagnostic files].

The scripts defined in the system template are executed. All log and configuration files are packed and made available for download in the browser. In the Scout Board, you will receive notifications about the progress and a link to the download.
