eLux 7 partitions

The partition layout of eLux 7 offers more space for applications on devices that have more than the minimum hardware requirements of 16 GB flash memory. The capacity of the system partition for applications is determined by the size of the flash memory. Many more applications can be used on a device with a flash size of 128 GB or 256 GB than on a device with a flash size of 16 GB.

The flash memory of a client is divided into four or five partitions during the eLux installation. Each partition is reserved for a dedicated purpose and is only called up when executing tasks related to the relevant partition. All partitions are recreated during a recovery installation.

Hinweis:

You can find the minimum requirements in the article System requirements.
