Fixed issues in 1912 LTSR CU5

Compared to: Profile Management 1912 LTSR CU4

Profile Management 1912 LTSR CU5 contains all fixes included in the 1912 LTSR initial release, CU1, CU2, CU3, CU4, plus the following, new fixes:

  • Attempting to launch desktops using Profile Management might fail with this error message:

    The Group Policy Client service failed the sign-in.

    Access is denied.

  • The Service Host (svchost.exe) process might exit unexpectedly with an access violation because of the faulting upmperf.dll module. [CVADHELP-18453]

  • The isessionmetrics.exe process might cause a memory leak in VDAs. [CVADHELP-18713]

  • Profile Management Service might exit unexpectedly due to an unhandled exception. [CVADHELP-18813]

  • On a Windows 10 20H2 desktop, when you configure the user store path with a !CTX_OSNAME! variable, Profile Management might create folder names on the user store with incorrect information. The following might be observed:

    • For Version CU3, the new profiles might contain operating system as Win10RS6.
    • For Version CU4, the new profiles might contain operating system as Win10_2009.
