Dashboard and Historical Use
Dashboard
The Dashboard in Citrix Licensing Manager provides information about product edition, model, installed or in-use status and availability of your licenses.
To view detailed information about the licenses, click > for a particular license. The Citrix Licensing Manager displays a table containing the following details of the license:
- Customer Success Services date
- Total installed licenses
- Overdraft
- Licenses in use
- Available licenses
- Expiration date
- Type
Historical Use
The Historical Use feature in the Citrix Licensing Manager allows you to store and export historical usage reports from the Licensing Server. The default retention period is one year. You can view and specify the data retention period by selecting Change. Use the filters to export a License Server Product usage report as a CSV file.
Export historical usage data
You can view and export the historical usage by performing the following steps:
-
Log on to the Citrix Licensing Manager hosted on the License Server. Type the following URL into a browser on a system having access to the License Server, and use your actual License Server host name.
http://License-Server-Hostname:8083/
-
Select Product & Edition, Model, and Customer Success Service Date. Enter a date range for which you want to gather the history.
Note:
Selecting Customer Success Services date limits exported data to a specific pool of licenses and does not accurately reflect the total number of licenses in use.
- Select Export.
- Select Save > Save As on the browser download dialog to save the exported CSV file. The CSV file provides daily usage information, including the number of licenses in overdraft.
Note:
Database usage snapshots are saved every 15 minutes.
