Citrix Workspace app 2507.1 LTSR CU3 fixed issues
Content Redirection
- When using Bi-directional Content Redirection with OAuth-based federated authentication, the authentication result might not transfer back to the VDA session. This can cause the application sign-in to fail. [CVADHELP-32527]
End User Experience Monitoring
- Wi-Fi statistics might be missing from the session details reported to Citrix Analytics. [CVADHELP-32770]
HDX Graphics
- Sessions might disconnect intermittently and the client session process might close unexpectedly due to a memory leak during D3D11 video decoding. [CVADHELP-31925]
HDX Plug and Play
- An USB error prompt might appear when certain USB composite microphone devices are connected. [CVADHELP-30798]
HDX RealTime
- When sharing screen during Microsoft Teams optimized calls, the launched session might close unexpectedly. [CVADHELP-32616]
Installing, Uninstalling, Upgrading
- Hidden stores might not be added with commandline or GPO configuration methods. Set the
AddHiddenStoresConfiguredByAdminregistry value to revert to the previous behavior of adding hidden stores using admin configuration methods. [CVADHELP-31496] - On endpoints with .NET 10 already installed, the .NET runtime prerequisite check might be skipped during Citrix Workspace app installation, and a prompt to install the .NET runtime might later appear during session launch. [CVADHELP-32382]
- On certain Windows 11 23H2 endpoints that also have the VDA installed, the Citrix Workspace app installer might close unexpectedly during initialization before the setup UI appears. [CVADHELP-32607]
- The stale helper files WindowsAppRHelper_*.dll might remain in the local application data folder. [CVADHELP-33465]
- On Azure Virtual Desktop endpoints using Microsoft Edge, ICA client detection might fail and ICA files might not launch after web authentication. This might occur when antivirus software deleteswfcwin32.log, which triggers an MSI repair while launching the session. [CVADHELP-32668]
- Global App Configuration Service settings might not restrict Citrix Workspace app versions. [CVADHELP-33285]
Logon/Authentication
- Enhanced single sign-on might fail with an error indicating that authentication information for the session could not be found. [CVADHELP-30838]
- When the Enable_SSON command-line parameter might not be honored during Citrix Workspace app installation, Single Sign-On might not be enabled or disabled as specified. [CVADHELP-33517]
Printing
- Network printers configured on the client endpoint might not be mapped inside Citrix Workspace app sessions. [CVADHELP-31451]
- After installing Citrix Workspace app 2507 CU1, printer enumeration in sessions might be slow. [CVADHELP-31773]
- Printers created by third-party session-printing tools might no longer appear inside published desktop sessions. [CVADHELP-32018]
- When an IPP printer is present, published desktops might fail to launch in hybrid environments after upgrading to newer Citrix Workspace app versions. [CVADHELP-32078]
- Client IPP printers might fail to map inside sessions and the client-printing status might report the printer as not valid. [CVADHELP-32163]
- IPv6 IPP printers might not be redirected into the session. [CVADHELP-32466]
Seamless Windows
- Seamless applications might not take focus immediately after launch and therefore might not accept keyboard input. [CVADHELP-33281]
Security Issues
- Citrix Workspace app might ship OpenSSL libraries that are affected by publicly disclosed vulnerabilities, CVE-2025-11187, CVE-2025-15467, CVE-2026-45447. [CVADHELP-32695], [CVADHELP-33403]
- After installing the May Windows security update, KB5089549 on endpoints running Citrix App Protection, the client machine might become unresponsive. [CVADHELP-33421]
Session/Connection
- In double-hop scenarios, published applications on the second-hop VDA might keep focus and prevent switching to other applications unless the current application is minimized. [CVADHELP-32769]
- ReYsources might fail to launch and the client session process might close unexpectedly during session launch when a partial VirtualStore registry path is accessed. [CVADHELP-33068]
- After upgrading the client operating system to Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2, Citrix Workspace app might fail to authenticate to the store, and applications and desktops might fail to launch. [CVADHELP-32580], [CVADHELP-32724]
- The Wi-Fi signal strength shown in Citrix Director session performance might differ from the value reported by the Windows client. [CVADHELP-33061]
- Kiosk endpoints might intermittently fail to reconnect to disconnected sessions. [CVADHELP-32711]
User Experience
- Citrix Workspace app might display a persistent spinning wheel during sign-in in on-premises deployments. [CVADHELP-31910]
- After upgrading Citrix Workspace app, copy and paste might not work correctly when using dictation software. [CVADHELP-32092]
User Interface
- When you configure application shortcut settings through UI from Advance Preference → shortcut and reconnect cannot be changed once it is set through UI. [LCMRFWIN-7819] [CVADHELP-31154]
- Group Policy settings is added for refreshing the Start menu and showing the sign-in page on log off. [CVADHELP-32357]
- The Desktop Lock preferences link might open the default web browser and bypass the lockdown configuration. [CVADHELP-32860]
