Isolation of data and service
In the cloud, customer data is logically isolated from other customers’ data so performance and data integrity are not affected by other customers using the Experience Insights service.
Data encryption
All data in transit to and from the Experience Insights backend (Splunk Cloud platform) is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
Data at rest is encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption. Keys are rotated regularly and monitored continuously.
