System requirements for Citrix Licensing
Requirements for Licensing
Citrix Licensing is compatible with the same hardware required to support the compatible operating systems. Extra hardware is not required.
Notes:
We do not support running third party vendor daemons on the Citrix License Server, or the Citrix vendor daemon on third party license servers.
The License Server does not support multi-homing (two network cards plugged into distinct networks).
The Citrix Licensing Manager installs licenses only on the License Server where it is installed.
License Servers don’t communicate with each other.
Operating system:
You can install the License Server on servers running the following Microsoft operating systems. We recommend that you install the latest Microsoft Service Pack and updates.
